Garlic Brussel Sprouts with Pomegranate 蒜炒甘蓝

As temperatures dip with the surrounding fall/winter foliage, I look forward to seasonal <a href="https://teczcape.blogspot.com/search/label/brussel%20sprouts">Brussel sprouts</a> and pomegranate. What is better than combining the green and red holiday colors in a single dish.<br /><img src="https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2941/15104593247_d9dd3606fe_z.jpg " /> <br /><br />This side-dish is very easy to prepare. The flavors are bright and refreshing as the savory garlic brussel sprouts complements with a surprising burst of sweet-tangy pomegranate.<br /><a name="more"></a><br /><img src="https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2941/15288008621_7a24c6402e.jpg" /> <br /><br /><iframe align="left" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scrolling="no" src="//ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&OneJS=1&Operation=GetAdHtml&MarketPlace=US&source=ss&ref=ss_til&ad_type=product_link&tracking_id=anestofo-20&marketplace=amazon&region=US&placement=B0076NOGPY&asins=B0076NOGPY&linkId=ZVINMIFBCJS5ZW7D&show_border=false&link_opens_in_new_window=true" style="height: 240px; padding-right: 10px; padding-top: 5px; width: 120px;"></iframe><b>Garlic Brussel Sprouts with Pomegranate</b><br /><i>Ingredients</i>:<br />16-20 brussel sprouts, rinsed to clean, quartered<br />3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced<br />Sea salt and ground pepper to taste<br />1 tbsp of pomegranate avrils as topping<br /><br /><i>Directions</i>:<br />Saute brussel sprouts and garlic till brussel sprouts just turn tender.
