The first thing to check is your browser and computer settings.<br /><a name="more"></a></div><div><ul><li>make sure if you have an adblocker installed, it's turned off</li><li>turn off privacy plugins (like ghostery or other similar plugins)</li><li>check your antivirus to make sure it hasn't installed personal security settings in your browser</li><li>make sure javascript is turned on, and your browser will accept cookies</li><li>don't use a proxy site</li><li>clear your browsing cache</li><li>restart your browser and try again, and try a different browser if none of that works</li><li>try removing all browser plugins, clearing your cache and restarting your browser (if that works, try adding plugins or extensions one at a time to see which one caused your issue).</li></ul></div><br />If you've changed your email or forgotten your login and password, there is little you can do except use the <a href="https://support.google.com/adsense/troubleshooter/2594929?hl=en" target="_blank">AdSense Login troubleshooter</a>.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9buROo6_x0Q3NGYyR2j3X_G22PHJ9vsQM8wEO-ZZrPrejQIxjRxcsgQbr_m7HR_DF4YHfBQSyXwY1gaQTOMHz9RFN9xyuvLgw-e30TpxvW97GepG-iupDLk7mHvJIrjAxSAHL-9AZ4e0/s1600/YouTubeBoyBlog.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9buROo6_x0Q3NGYyR2j3X_G22PHJ9vsQM8wEO-ZZrPrejQIxjRxcsgQbr_m7HR_DF4YHfBQSyXwY1gaQTOMHz9RFN9xyuvLgw-e30TpxvW97GepG-iupDLk7mHvJIrjAxSAHL-9AZ4e0/s200/YouTubeBoyBlog.jpg" width="135" /></a></div>(<b><span style="color: blue;">*Note:</span></b> for some publishers the login issue arises when they have more than one Google account, and are trying to login with the wrong Google account, or with a Google account that is not associated to their AdSense account. If you have more than one Google Account, log out of the one you were using when you tried to login, and then login to your "other" Google Account. Then try logging in again. Multiple Google Accounts are often the issue when a publisher has had to use a new Google account to sign up using a different product like YouTube or Blogger, after having an old application rejected.)<br /><br /><br />If your account has been hacked, then it won't likely just be your AdSense account. Most of the time hacked accounts are the result of having your Google Account compromised. You'll need to recover and secure your Google Account first.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><b><br /></b><b>Also See  <a href="http://helpfulinformationfornewbies.blogspot.com/2011/05/adsense-blogger-gmail-and-google.html">Disabled Google & AdSense Accounts</a> and <a href="http://helpfulinformationfornewbies.blogspot.com/2015/05/safeguard-your-adsense-account-against.html">Securing your AdSense Account</a></b></div><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFWPk4WEjbxnyQzNzhKFcAHIAMMSF3iyHuc310rU0Mj9SsxCVue86dYcdlK5CY5QNN6xioGeGjbbMKwGpGpxIjUodcfBeOsiRAOZz_ALS8ZdEJayncPPHNxdtEo113SFR6hKSX_R0xetc/s1600/Stickgirl25.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFWPk4WEjbxnyQzNzhKFcAHIAMMSF3iyHuc310rU0Mj9SsxCVue86dYcdlK5CY5QNN6xioGeGjbbMKwGpGpxIjUodcfBeOsiRAOZz_ALS8ZdEJayncPPHNxdtEo113SFR6hKSX_R0xetc/s200/Stickgirl25.jpg" width="97" /></a><br /><br /><b>If your AdSense account was only recently approved</b> and you can't login, follow the steps above to check your browser and computer settings. Try a different browser. If none of those work, you should wait a day or two, and try again. If that still doesn't work, make sure you're using the correct Google account.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><b><a href="https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/adsense">For login issues you cannot resolve: Ask for help in the official AdSense Help Forum</a></b></div><br /><br /><div style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">posted by J. I Can't Login to Adsense!

(note: nobody needs that many exclamation points, and yes, I know you are probably frustrated, but exclamation points aren't going to help. Staying calm and taking action will.)<br /><div><br /></div><div>Today I'm just going to address one of the most common reasons we see for this problem. And it's simple, although it isn't always simple to solve. In fact, often, it might not even get resolved.</div><div><br /></div><div>I didn't bother counting because these types of posts in the AdSense forum are very prolific:</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqaSXNmEdddmzddaEp8kweoXJXj_US6RO5676Nd2gOzbkVGzhMJEXrEQRH62gHMC3BLwXFOqpZcMjPPX6WvIuX13Dy3DvCJeHsopz2tO8106a8WPUg_bYIwFUj61wKXlTmOO1KBWVUcf8/s1600/deletedemail.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="50" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqaSXNmEdddmzddaEp8kweoXJXj_US6RO5676Nd2gOzbkVGzhMJEXrEQRH62gHMC3BLwXFOqpZcMjPPX6WvIuX13Dy3DvCJeHsopz2tO8106a8WPUg_bYIwFUj61wKXlTmOO1KBWVUcf8/s1600/deletedemail.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div><br />And yes, deleting the email account you used to sign up for AdSense with will cause you not to be able to login to Adsense.  It's the way you get into your account.<br /><a name="more"></a><br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF8pIz2Tq4PSHu-9aoZhs5Ji4ajfHHrNj6Hlzf2w_zc33IE6xKfscVtxJHapyNcYnoYE0Qtk0_huOTiJOnlBDn6qIbLRkqXLm3PRtY4WyT7YzZtbQlHTtBDQysDcJE_0S9K7OCROQde5Y/s1600/MailPeople.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF8pIz2Tq4PSHu-9aoZhs5Ji4ajfHHrNj6Hlzf2w_zc33IE6xKfscVtxJHapyNcYnoYE0Qtk0_huOTiJOnlBDn6qIbLRkqXLm3PRtY4WyT7YzZtbQlHTtBDQysDcJE_0S9K7OCROQde5Y/s1600/MailPeople.jpg" width="183" /></a></div>This is a pretty simple concept, so it's something I have a hard time understanding. Why do people think if they delete this email address, they'll still be able to login?  It doesn't matter where you sign up - whether it's AdSense or some other type of site. If your email address is your login credential, you need it. You don't delete your email account or change your email account without FIRST dealing with every single other account you might have signed up for using that email address.<br /><br />To try and recover or change your login for AdSense AFTER you've already deleted your email address, you'll need to use the login troubleshooter:<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: large;">Go here:  <a href="https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208328?hl=en" target="_blank"><b>Login Issues and Recovery Troubleshooter</b></a></span></div></div><div><br /></div><div>The deleted email address is only one of the reasons a person might not be able to login to Adsense, but since the reasons vary from publisher to publisher, and the situations may be different, the troubleshooter might not resolve those issues.<br /><br />I referenced this (above) link for one reason: <b>the deleted email account.</b><br /><br />At various times in the past, I've written about login issues, but the other big one is related to deleting, or having a disabled Google Account. See this related post: <a href="http://helpfulinformationfornewbies.blogspot.com/2011/05/adsense-blogger-gmail-and-google.html" target="_blank"><b>Disabled or Deleted Google Accounts</b></a></div><div><br /><br /><div style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><i><b>posted by J.
