1.First of all,go to Posts option below View blog on your blog's dashboard.

2.Go to Post which you want to share on Facebook.

3.Highlight the View option under the post title & click on it.

4.A new page will be opened.

5.Scroll down to the icons at the bottom of the page.

6.Click on Facebook icon.

7.Facebook  will be opened , log in with your Facebook id.

8.Once you login to Facebook,write something about your blog post,Tag to people who you want and click on Post to Facebook.Blog post will be share on your timeline of Facebook.

9.If you want to share blog post on your Facebook Page then first click on Share on your timeline option then some other options will be shown, click on Share on a Page you manage option.

10.Pages which you created on Facebook will be displayed (My Facebook Page is Kan123),click on page on which you want to share blog post ,write something about your blog post,Tag to people who you want and click on Post to Facebook.

11.Blog post will be shared on your Facebook Page.
